1. Start Menu
2. Settings
3. Network Connections
4. Local Area Network
5.  Properties
6. Internet Protocol (TCP/IP) Click
7. Properties
8. click Use following DNS Server Address
9. Preferred DNS Server      8.8.8.8
10. Alternate DNS Server    8.8.4.4
11. press ok and close all files, restart system and write https://youtube.com
